I know Hb1Ac is good for tracking blood control among diabetics but is not a common finding in the rural setting
The question of the availability of HB1Ac in rural areas is very complex but it should start from a general health system strengthening point. Because we need the technology ( the tests, electrical power) and technique (personnel who can perform the tests and report rightly. Rapid tests for Hb1Ac will be ab option too.
