I am going to use municipal solid waste compost in one of my experiment. The crops will be wheat and maize. I want to about most suitable microorganism strains that can be used with the compost for nutrient mineralizatiion especially phosphorus and zinc.
Forty nine out of the 250 different microbes tested (165 belong to fungi and 85 to bacteria) produced cellulase enzyme and among these Trichoderma viride found to be a potential strain in the secondary screening. The ideal social conditions, microbiological attributes, biochemical qualities, opposing and synergistic exercises inside the strains, resistance to 5 overwhelming metals (arsenic, zinc, lead, mercury, and cadmium), their affectability towards four unique anti-infection agents (gentamycin, oxytetracycline, penicillin, streptomycin) and creation of extracellular chemical of the bacterial strains were archived . Every strain was developed at room temperature and along these lines tried by the cross-streaking strategy at room temperature and at 37 °C
Rapid organic waste degradation requires the action of micro-organisms with enhanced enzyme activity to break down complex polymers into simpler degradable molecules. Therefore, inoculation of waste with microorganisms that produce extracellular enzymes such as cellulase, amylase, protease, pectinase and lipase at higher levels enhances waste degradation, thus helping in keeping up of the waste degradation rate to that of waste dumping . A cross streaking method was used to test antagonism among the bacterial strains within the proposed consortia. The qualitative and quantitative microbial analysis were carried out for selected samples for the primary screening of potent fungal strains with wide spectrum of nutritional catabolic profile which could be exploited during secondary screening process for the development of ecofriendly, sustainable, efficient composting process
The best strain is selected strain from Trihoderma harzianum. My strain can degrade cellulose, lignin, hitin. Can kill all pathogens,can accumulate biomass and is easy to produce beacause it have biotechnologial ability to use all kind of C sources.
Like Prem Baboo, we have also good results by using Trichoderma viride for composting MSW. Positive results with T. harzianum are also available, as mentioned by Dr.Kostov. Use of EM culture, a consortium of effective microbes, is very common for large scale composting of MSW. Finally, selection of microbes will depend on several factors like composition, environmental condition etc.
There are many strains, the best of which achieve the goal of the addition of phosphorus solvent for phosphorus and there are many of them but requires the presence of the material subject to its work
