I work with people with complete blindness, and tasks are cognitively demanding. While I made sure our participants did not present comorbidities and cognitive impairments, I am looking for standardized tests that do not depend on visual abilities and are relatively simple to administer to people with no vision. My goal is to establish my participants' cognitive profiles for further analysis.

I do not think there is a comprehensive intelligence test that lacks all visual elements, so you may need to "pick and choose" a bit. Here are a few ideas:
1. For general cognitive ability, use the verbal subtests from a major IQ test such as the WAIS (can use Vocabulary, Similarities, maybe also the optional Information, Comprehension ones.
2. For working memory, use Digit Span (forward and backward), Letter-Number Sequencing.
3. For learning/memory, use a supraspan word list such as the Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test (RAVLT) or California Verbal Learning Test (CVLT) and some version of the Logical Memory subtest (it's on every edition of the WMS & there are also alternative stories out there).
4. For executive functioning, a Proverbs test (D-KEFS or Gorham) and the D-KEFS Word Context subtest may be the best you can do - an awful lot of EF measures include visual elements.
