Our software, EventIDE, (www.okazolab.com) has been specifically designed for such scenarios. It has a best-in-class GUI and can carry stimulus presentation, synchronized multi-device recording and, importantly, online monitoring and data processing at the background of bio-feedback experiments. We have already developed drivers for a lot of hardware, e.g. all popular EEG amplifiers and eye-tracker models. The software allows integration of any custom hardware as well. Assuming you can gather your data in an analogue way (e.g. voltages, which some of the eye trackers provide), you can use the Data Acquisition Toolbox in Maltab and an compatible ADC to gather arbitrary input data rather easily. If you have body posture (assuming Vicon) then things get rather complicated. Using a common synch signal between the body data (which is possible in Vicon) and the DAcq may overcome these problems.

There are so many options available, but it can be quite complicated depending on your partners and set up requirements.   I think a good place to start is with your eye tracking vendor for support.  Speaking for my company, Tobii Pro, we offer hardware sync options, such as the Cedrus Stimtracker for EEG, and also software solutions via the Biometric Software Suite.  Good Luck!

as I know Tobii can integrate cameras (posture), but I do not know, whether you could integrate physiological measures or how difficult it is (last mail).

I just bought the Varioport-System which can integrate camera and physiological measurement.  It is sold by Becker Meditec.

In addition to Martin's post, Becker Variport is included in the Biometric Software Suite Monica was talking about. The Biometric Software Suite is able to synchronise Tobii Eye Trackers with other biometirc devices, for example Varioport. We use iMotions software which is really built to connect and synchronize multiple biometric sensors at once. The software also uses Affectiva for facial expression analysis, has an inbuilt stimulus presentation setup, and Qualtrics for surveys can also be used. In total, it can integrate and synchronize measurements from EEG, ECG, EMG, GSR, eye tracking, and facial expression analysis. You can also connect other equipment and / or experimental setups through the API, so there are a lot of options and possibilities for your research. The software is used by researchers at hundreds of labs (including Harvard, Stanford and so on), and has been used for numerous publications.
