I'm looking for a bioinformatic server/software/tools previously described to measure the nucleosome-formation score of a given set of sequences. (i.e. workflow: input sequence -> nucleosome formation score)
I'd really appreciate any first-hand experience in this

Also, "nucleosome formation" is usually split into prediction of nucleosome positioning (in some contexts referred to as phasing) and nucleosome occupancy.
