What are the appropriate number of oocytes and embryos through loading on the vitrification device? and also how much micro liter needed?

In humans, the number of embryos loaded can depend on the number available for the patient but more importantly, the number to be transferred. Increasingly, this is only 1 embryo per device. For oocytes, 3 is a typical number. The Volume of medium depends on the storage device used and the manufacturer instructions for use but is typically < 1µL. The volume for Rapid-i is 30 nanoliter
