The question may seem simple, but I need to apply the best suggested answer to my work. I have synthesized silver nano particles from plant extract and it is confirmed that it have a protein layer on it (core-shell morphology).
It is mostly used in food packaging application since Ag has antimicrobial properties. There are plenty of literature on the subject. Few book chapters are also available. By the way, I have a project also on the subject.
Dear Jasim Sir.... Thank you for your suggestion... But, I am not finding enough literature for biologically synthesized Ag Nanoparticles for the said applications...
