Dear Colleagues,

Currently I am work on project about implementation of qPCR method for diagnostic of infection diseases in developing countries like Ukraine, Russia, Moldova and Vietnam. There are used mainly RT-PCR (not quantitative) and endpoint PCR methods for diagnostics in these countries. Main reason, why non quantification PCR are used, is lower cost compromising to quantitative PCR. That is why I am looking for information about advantages of qPCR in clinical practice for diagnostic of sexual transmitted infections. I mean advantages, which can be used in medical practice . So dear colleagues, could you be so kind to share your knowledge about this field of molecular biology? I will be very grateful for any links to articles and presentations or posters. If you you can advice some online courses about this topic - it would be awesome.
