I think one of the problem in our medical tourism pre admission process is lack of any brief method for recognition the main patient problem or his illness and preparing a good document for destination hospital , I need to use an accepted and experienced method or use of any standard , if there exist.
We need this standard for best communication with destination medical centers(hospitals).
This will reduces mistakes or misunderstanding with destination hospital.
