Hi!

We are currently using the ovalbumin-specific TCR transgenic OT-1 mouse model. I activate the CD8+ cells by exposing the splenocytes to the siinfekl peptide and after 72hr CD8+ cells have proliferated.

I'm looking for additional TCR MHC1 (CD8+) transgenic mice models (other than the 2C model) that I will also be able to activate (as easily) via peptide exposure (that are not ovalbumin- specific).

If you have any to recommend I would really appreciate it.
