What is the best method for isolating Bcells from mouse breat tumors for FACS analysis?

Hi all,

I'm working with mouse breast tumors and trying to analyze the Bcell population. Is there a recommended kit for isolating Bcells after processing the tumor to single cells suspension? is it better to isolate total lymphocytes and not Bcells?
