I am looking for a paper that explains or at least names the different forms of corporate corruption. Corporate corruption occurs in different forms. For example, there is a difference between active and passive corruption.

There are incidents of corruption that are planned by the higher-ups to benefit the company, for example, to ensure a lucrative government contract. In several third-world countries with high corruption, this is necessary to land government contracts. Another possibility is more autonomous forms of corruption like creating a monopoly, fraud, or an illegal agreement. It benefits the company.

A different kind of corruption is corruption, which is done without the knowledge of the higher-ups on an individual level for the sake of personal gain. An employee or a small group of them secretly steal from the company.
