I'm a qualitative researcher myself. I'm familiar with a couple of analytical methods (some very popular ones and a few not so popular ones) such as:

  • Thematic analysis
  • Qualitative content analysis
  • Narrative analysis
  • Discourse analysis
  • Grounded theory (GT)
  • Interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA)
  • Voice Centred Relational Analysis (VCRA)
  • But I wanted to know what else is there? Are there any other novel analytical methods that you have ever heard that could be specifically useful when analysing data from disadvantaged and marginalized populations?
