The mAbs were made from BALB/c mice and P3X hybridoma. Our primers can amplify heavy chain but not light chain. We know the antibodies work as they can detect the protein by ELISA, FACS and western blot. However, light chain is not amplified under a set of PCR condition we are using for heavy chain regions.
