How the work can be shared except sharing the papers published which has already been shared. Is there any opportunity to work jointly on any ongoing work/topic with other researchers using the facilities of our lab?

if your work need a specific lab or tools you must define the appropriate position for members depended on the speciality and the rule for everyone of them.

There is no standard way to reach the researchers in your field globally. But, you can easily find some of them by clicking on the (Question) in the upper left side in your ResearchGate page. Question page includes questions from researchers who have almost same skills as you. By seeing their profiles which include their research interests and the projects they are working on right now, if you get interested with one of those researchers topics, you can just message him that you would like to share with him some research ideas or working on a specific project.
