I need all kind of electronic components required to develop a robot, but the Radiation Hardened ones. Is there any available single board computer like Raspberry PI (for image processing), any Kind of small size servo meeting almost same specification as Hitech HS85mg, And is there any kind of servo controller for the kind of environment where there is intense gamma radiation present?
I doubt that you will find anything: gamma radiation has destructive characteristics that increase in criticality with the decrease of structure size. And 'PC' components have really small structure sizes - at the edge of what's technically feasible.
Either look for 'rad hard' components (and say goodbye to the 'PC' idea) that will 'survive' longer (but not 'forever'). Or consider some massive shielding 20 mm of lead should do the trick). Regarding the servo: consider to modify it. Driving the motor from within the confines of the shielded enclosure and reading the pot the same way is not very 'elegant' and requires 5 leads instead of 3, but it would work.

Looks to me like the Pi was a little better, but clearly standard kit is not going to work long in the presence of strong gamma radiation without significant shielding.
