As graduated M.Sc student who want to improve his study, i need some new methodologies in field of organizational behavior. would you please help me in order to know these new methodologies?
A variety of methods are used in organizational behavior researches. They include quantitative methods, such as multiple regression, non-parametric statistics, time dependent analysis and ANOVA.
Qualitative methods are also used, such as ethnography, which involves direct participant observation, single and multiple case analysis and other historical methods. Structural equation modeling has been lately used in the field of organizational behavior
As matter of fact i published my article with Structural Equation Modeling. but i need some other quantitative methodologies beyond SEM and regression.
