Which is most sensitive method to assess change in drug release behavior that may occur/fluctuate very short period of time i.e. minutes? I am working on clickable nanoparticles. I want to assess change in drug release within minutes (even seconds) in response to applied click or stimuli. My drug is not fluorescent.

Dear Béatrice Marianne Ewalds-Kvist, these are conference papers and none of these explain, in details, the method for drug release.
