Unique contents have been published many times, till date they are getting published, plagiarism is copying the essence of any research, Now a days it has been identified by software's which will match word by word and give the results, The results depends only on the database available with that software. I think its not the correct way of judging the plagiarism.
But there is no other way as well. Strictly speaking the authors should feel it, not to copy.
