I need a rubbery material which would not generate significant acoustic reflections when immersed in an aqueous medium. Speed of sound in PDMS is 1000 m/s, so there will be a mismatch. Additionally, I don't want a hydrogel because the medium will dissipate into it and eventually evaporate, and so I will need a larger volume of medium to fully immerse my structures. Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Thank you, Mohammad, I still need a better match at 100 kHz-40 MHz. My signals are weak shock waves from single collapsing microbubbles, additionally attenuanted because of limited bandwidth of the scope.
You could try a new tissue mimickig material gel wax.
