I am looking for methods to prepare spray inoculum that would be testing bacteria for their ability to control mites on plants. Something that could be shelf stable over the trials, in case the mutation rate in my subcultures decreases the enzyme of interest. What methods are established in the field and what are good resources to read up on production?
