What are conserved archaea proteins I can use in my Western blots?

I will be conducting Western blots on some archaeal proteins I am studying. Since my study involves a broad spectrum of archaea, I need an antibody generated to a protein conserved across all the archaeal kingdoms. This will allow me to have a proper loading control for analysis. Any suggestions are appreciated.

You should look at Julie Maupin Furlow's papers. There are a few different proteins she has antibodies to. Some indicate similarity across Archaea. For others, it will quite a simple alignment to check similarity with Archaea.
