V2V wireless channel model is similar to mobile channel model because the realtive speed change between the communicating vehicles. So, There large scaling fading by shadowing and there is small scale frequency selective fading.

However the most important effect is the variations of the Doppler shift which leads to fast fading meaning that the channel transport factor varies with time.

Dynamic channel requires channel estimation updating with high rate.
