Assuming the human body to be in static state (Standing), what amount of the body weight is transmitted on to the femoral and tibial bone on both the legs? Will both the legs carry equal weight or is there unequal distribution of weight on the left and right leg?

There is also a bunch of biomechnical models. Typically muscle forces have a higher impact than body weight alone, though may be not in 2-legged stance.

It really depends what you mean. As Christian Graeff stated above, Orthoload is an amazing research tool where Contact Forces (CF) have been measured for patients with instrumented prosthesis.
However, the Contact Forces are a combination of Inter-segmental Forces (IF) and Muscle Forces (MF): CF=IF+MF
The IF are the directly transmitted forces on the joints from the Reaction Force (RF) of the foot on the ground and are invariant of muscle influence.
MF in these patients won't be the same as in healthy subjects. Joint replacement usually involve massive trauma on the muscles surrounding the joint to get access to it. Furthermore, these patients might not be representative of the population you are trying to model.
Musculo-skeletal modelling attempts to model the way muscles activate in healthy subjects, using kinematics of Orthoload to validate its results. Alternatively, FEA can give you an idea of the contact areas of the tibio-femoral joint.
A commonly used assumption is that the weight distribution is the same in 2-legged stance. However the forces being transmitted through the medial and lateral regions of the knee are not balanced.

Number of modeling studies had been conducted to investigate load balance on lower extremity during variety of motions based on experimentally available data set.
I am sure there is an available experimental contact force of knee during standing because of that the standing trails are usually used as static calibration trial for musculoskeletal models.
