Hello fellow researchers!! This question is based on a very unfortunate dry ice shipment incident. Recently I booked a dry ice shipment for delivering Synthego's chemically modified gRNAs reconstituted in nuclease free water from one state to another. The shipment got delayed as well as damaged during the transit, resulting in loss of dry ice from the styrofoam container. The vials were intact but warm (probably 30-35 degrees celcius). I have not yet tested the editing efficiency of these guide RNAs but if someone has any experience with similar kind of situation then please share your views. It would be of great help.

Also, other than performing transfection experiments, are there any other quick tests to check the integrity of these guide RNAs?
