What amount of colchicine is given to Wistar rats to study chromosomal aberrations?

Wistar rats were injected with a given chemical. I have to observe whether this chemical induces any chromosomal aberrations in bone marrow cells. For that colchicine is given to the treated rats 2 hours before sacrifice. How much colchicine is given?
