I harvest tumoral pancreas of the mouse. The tumoral pancreas has a weigh around 0,7-0,8 gr. I carry out a protocol to generate a single cell suspension of the tumoral pancreas and then I would like to know what amount of ACK lysing buffer (ref: A1049201) I have to add to the pellet to lyse erythrocytes.
