Use of PCR techniqes in diagnosis of bacteria.
Using of PCR techniques for diagnosis of microorganisms and parasites is very important and more effective and very accurate.

PS-
@Brian Thomas Foley - I borrowed your great answer from other post.
PCR can be used to detect RNA virus using primers. these assay are very sensitive.the samples can be swab, plasma, urine, PBMC
What about it?
Hello, Saba A. Hussien.
Please, specify a little bit more in order we can help you! It was a very unspecific questioning ... :(
PCR is a very critical, progress, fast technique to detect genes or segment of genes for any species particularly when its completed with DNA sequencing
Please clarify on the question! It doesn't seem clear.
Dear Saba,
Please te us what do you want to know about PCR so you can getter specific and better help.
Thank you for your questions but your questions is not clear to me.
PCR is used in the early stages of processing DNA for sequencing for detecting the presence or absence of a gene.
Main principles of PCR:
1) DNA denaturing
2) DNA annealing
3) DNA extending.
PCR technique:
1) DNA template
2) Primers
3) dNTPs
4) Taq polymerase
5) Buffer
All are taken in specific amount in PCR tube and set up the temperature, time, cycle etc. then run the PCR machine.
For further details please search internet.
