When I saw some structural rules in another journals like "you have to include more than 50 citations", I really think on what happen with enjoying research...

I mean, the author must have freedom to incorporate or not the number of citations in its papers, we know for logic that could not be 2 or 3, but you can put a certain number because in the majority of the cases they are going to lie just to achieve the number. I mean put the 50 citations even when it have not sense in the paper or when they did not use the author cited in its research...

What do you think about this kind of rules? Tell me about any other odd rules you find...
