I have found a protein (For eg,. A) that is always inversely expressed compared to other protein (Consider B). I mean when expression of A is high, expression of B is less or vice versa. Is there a way to show in a graph they are inversely proportional?.

I tried with A to B intensity ratio and B to A intensity ratio, and plotted a bar graph; Is it the right way?

Also tried with normalization of endogenous protein, but it just shows expression of each protein.

I need to know a way to show relative expression of A with respect to B.

Any suggestions are welcome. . Thanks
