Were comma and period punctuation marks already used in Europe in the first half of 15th century?

Were period (to mark the end of a sentence) and comma already used in European manuscripts of the 1st half of the 15th century, or this is a later development? Of particular interest is Central Europe (The Holy Roman Empire) and documents in FNHD. Are there any examples?

Wow, almost two years without any answer!

Meanwhile I stumbled upon MS Vat. Lat. 644 which uses period quite extensively - seemingly more often than it is needed to mark ends of sentences, - and also semi-colon.
