Hi,

We are looking for model for heterologous protein expression optimization in E.coli. The Inclusion criteria are the following:

1) Eukaryotic gene

2) Poorly expressed in E.coli (ideally – in soluble form, but all variants are welcome)

3) #2 is not due to protein toxicity in bacteria (so bugs grow fine, but protein expression level is shamefully low)

4) Codon optimization did not help with #2
