We are pleased to invite you to join the international consortium for the research initiative: Global Artificial Intelligence Adoption Survey: Perceptions of Public Sector Employees.

The rapid rise of AI tools highlights the need to understand their impact on the public sector. This survey will explore how employees in diverse cultural and institutional contexts perceive and use AI in their work.

About the Study

  • Framework: Comprehensive questionnaire grounded in the UTAUT model (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)
  • Topics: AI exposure, workplace effectiveness, training, ethics, readiness, resilience, social implications, etc.
  • Duration: ~15 minutes, fully anonymous and voluntary
  • Ethics approval: University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Public Administration

Your Role as a Consortium Partner

  • Obtain at least 50 valid public employee responses from your country (covering general services, health, education, social protection, environment, etc.)
  • Survey period: 1 October – 31 December 2025
  • This is a non-paid collaboration, but it offers significant professional opportunities.
