and a Time series of the flow rates across the vertical centerline?

yes I can plot Nu as a function of Y at eatch (trn) transient results but

I don't think that you can create a 3-d plot in CFX so, you cannot show the spatial and time dependence on one chart. You can make an average Nu value for each time step and then show it in reference to time. To do that, create an expression for average number (area average, length average etc.) and then create a variable based on this expression. The user variable can be then presented on a chart as a function of time.
