In charitable social organizations, if the ideas of the spiritual leader conflict with the ideas of the practical leader, which side will the followers lean towards?
It is not practicable that spiritual leader conflict with the practical leader as this is not a healthy practice & in such cases the management should take initial & solve the problems .

It is difficult to predict which side the Adepts will take in the conflict between the spiritual leader of charity and the practical leader. Followers' decisions depend on several factors, including their commitment to the organization, perceptions of each leader's leadership qualities, personal beliefs, level of involvement in the organization's activities, and experience. spent with their leaders.
Some followers may be more willing to support a spiritual leader because they are committed to the organization's mission and values, while others may feel aligned with a practical leader because they have confidence in their abilities. effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the organization. In general, it is important that both leaders work together to resolve potential conflicts and communicate clearly with followers to maintain organizational trust and stability.
It is healthy if both leaders work together, as parents should try to do in parenting children.
