How can we compare two audio files, or voice recorder files, according to Al-Quran. Al-Quran has special pronunciation compared to Arabic pronunciation. Is it possible to do the comparison between user voice and the way Al-Quran is pronounced?
I have already tried the Google Speech to Text for Arabic, but it seems it does not handle the pronunciation for Al-Quran.

I wanna make an real-time Automatic Classification using Neural Networks-Based for Chapters and "Aya" to detect the mistakes of user's pronunciation of any Aya and show him where the wrong is.. This program for foreigners who wanna learn quoran and also for Arab people who wanna save quoran
There can be multiple valid pronunciations for same Quranic/Arabic text. You can follow multiple techniques.
Simple one is to convert user voice in text using state of the art and compare it (text) with original text. If both do not match system will repeat ayat in voice of some Qari so that user can correct his/her pronunciation.
if you want to use NNs to classify between right and wrong pronunciations you will need a dataset having texts/voices with right and wrong labels for pronunciation then train a model on it.
