Which statistical model is used for VNTR analysis in case controls association studies?
In my data, there are some repeats which induces low activity of enzymes and repeats which increase activity and some are repeat variants,for example. 2R and 3R reduces activity and 3.5R and 4 R increases activity and some are rare repeats 6R, 4.5R, 5.5R
how should I analyze them?
