thank you for your question. In the project "Co-Diffusion" we aim the fabrication of bifacial PERT solar cells. We are able to fabricate both n- and p-type PERT solar cells. The diffusion process is based on borosilicate glass layers deposited by atmoshperic pressure chemical vapor deposition right before the diffusion process. In the diffusion process boron diffuses from the BSG layer into the wafer. At same time, phosphorus diffuses into the non-masked site due to POCl3 containing gaseous ambient in the diffusion process.
