I want to plot a Venn diagram in R showing individual and shared contribution of the predictors using explained variance data resulted from linear mixed model. For example, the model resulted that variable A explains 25% of the variance. Similarly, variable B (12%), C (0.1%), D (1.31%), A: C interaction (2.2%), A: B interaction (0.7%), B: C interaction (0.5%). How can I plot the Venn diagram?
I use the venndia.R script from Thomas Girke. It is extremely easy to use and produce nice diagrams and useful data as output which you can save for further analysis. You can compare 3 or 4 datasets on the diagrams.
I use it this way:
source("http://faculty.ucr.edu/~tgirke/Documents/R_BioCond/My_R_Scripts/vennDia.R")
venndiagram(x=sample(1:100,20),y=sample(1:100,20),z=sample(1:100,20))

You are right, there is a typo in the code. The correct one:

venndiagram(x=sample(1:100,20),y=sample(1:100,20),z=sample(1:100,20))
Just run it in R.
