I based this question on the hypothesis that when vegan are submitted to a prolonged time of physical exercises,they exceed they capacity of protein production, so their own rate of consumption is bigger.

I know also that collagen its origin is in animals, I want to know all possible arguments.I hear that a vegetarian can be more resistant and stronger than vegans when are exposed to a higher physical exercises, because they consume collagen from animals.

Maybe vegans will have to adapt a while to activate a higher capacity protein anabolism other diets and even more so those who eat only raw food.
