Is it neccessary to perfrom validation of process model established using a box-benkhen experimental design?
How "big mistake" will it be if I finish the experiment after performing the runs according to box-benkhen design, without any further repetition of the runs?

The plan of the experiment concerns a given area and only in this area, the obtained regression equation is valid. It may or may not apply outside of it. If you perform the experiments in part of the plan points, the obtained equation will definitely need to be validated. And what the error will be, it is unknown.
It is ok to distribute/publish your results even if you did not have the resources to replicate them. As long as you clearly explain that is what you are doing an use words like may and could to indicate the results have not been validated
