For my research project, I'm registering teachers on a mindfulness-based program and measuring its effects in different psychological variables. This program is associated with high levels of wellbeing.
Some of the measures I'm looking at measuring (before and after the programme) are:
productivity levels, engagement at work, meaning at work, self-efficacy, morale, relationships, stress levels.
I'm also in the midst of thinking of other work-related psychological variables that might be changed after undergoing the program and then measuring them with valid and reliable questionnaires.
