Dear colleagues,

A dromedary camel was presented into the clinic due to difficult birth. During transportation, vaginal followed by partial uterine prolapse was observed. The fetus was still in the uterus in a transverse-abdominal presentation and was alive. CS was performed, we found any rupture in the reproductive tract.

My question is how the uterus was prolapsed (even partially) while the fetus was still inside?
