There was same research in which vacuum created by using Graphene and passing electricity through the vacuum and find out the sub particles electron and positron.

As per the Einstein the space is not vacuum but there are some substances like Ether.

Photon is a particle without mass (as per Newton Second law) or with mass (oppose the second law) it has been a bone of contention.

As per the E = mc2 the velocity of particle is constant and E (Energy) = m (mass).

God particle is also a particle without mass or an electromagnetic field through which when object pass converted into mass.

The ether or any substance is made by such mass less particle?
