After having the data of 1000 children with their anthropometry measurement , I want to compare the Percentile scores obtained by SPSS and The LMS method . I am having problem in getting the Z score table using the LMS Chart maker lite software . I want to create a z score table like of height of the boys having rows of different age group , and columns for L,M,S Score and Columns for -3,-2,-1 ,0 ,1,2,3,Z score . I am able to get the L,M S scores using the export option . I have divided the percentile as unequal distribution on Z score to the values of 3,10,25,50,75,90 and 97 percentiles . Can I use these percentiles scores thus obtained as Z scores desired ??? On the option of exporting the z scores I am getting only three columns of Like Age and Height with each element having a z score which is not helping me to make my table . Any help is highly appreciated .
Dear Christian , I am afraid that's not what I am looking for, and apologies for my poor question which was not clear enough !!! I was looking for methods to know the z scores if get percentile scores from LMS software .

Hi christian thanks for the update . Its a R based software , and i m not well versed with R . So will get back to it when i know much of R .
