Suppose we have to use magnesium shulphate or another sulphate or chloride with water of crystallization ( Mg S04. 7 H20) for media preparation, but we have MgSo4. 4 H20 or MgSo4. 10H20. IN such case what should be the better way to compensate the water of crystallization. Can we remove water of Crystallization? Some people use unitary method for compensating the remaining water of crystallization, are they doing it right?
