In most of the literature I found that N,N Dimethylformamide used as solvent for preparing ceramic polymer composites by solvent mixing method.

Can we use n-hexane as a solvent for preparing ceramic polymer composite?

P.S.- I found in some literature that solubility parameter is also taken into account, while selecting the solvent for polymer composite synthesis. But technical paper not discuss the selection criteria of solvent. Kindly provide useful information and literature.
