Dear Babaji Ghule, it depends if it is an inert and/or functional filler. In both cases, a systematic investigation is to be undertaker to know the threshold limit where the intrinsic properties are not really affected for the case of inert filler, and where the optimum properties are attained for the case of functional filler. My Regards
Dear Babaji Ghule, I would like to add a very important remarak which I consider as an experimental error: don't work with percentage or ratios of polymer/filler. Keep the mass of the polymer constant (say 100gr) and prepare different samples with different amounts of the filler (100/10, 100/15, 100/20, ...). However, if you use percentages (90/10, 80/20, 70/30, ...), here you are playing on two variables at the same time, you Can not really scale a monotonic variation. Another importance is the matrix filler-coverage-ability is the same when working with constant polymer mass and variable (reduced) when working with percentages. My Regards
