I am using this Kit for the first time. A number of dilutions for the sample of intent is prescribed. Blank 2 well should contain the sample solution, but it is not stated which of the dilutions it should be. And, where I have to run more than one sample in a 96-well plate, how best can I manage the wells, especially regarding the blanks 1, 2 and 3? Your kind and generous comments will go a long way to help me with this. Sincere thanks in anticipation.

Emmanuel Ifeanyi Obeagu Thanks for your comment. I do not think the manufacturer's instruction addresses my question. In their manual, first three columns from the left of the 96-well plate are dedicated to triplicates of each of the respective dilutions, while the last three wells in the three columns are dedicated to blank 1. Adjacent to blank 1 are six wells for blanks 2 and 3 respectively, with blank 2 supposed to contain the sample solution (which is not defined, with respect to the dilutions). The next set of columns in the 96-well plate (in three's) are designated as samples 2, 3 and 4 respectively. These columns end just before blanks 2 and 3. Therefore, there are no wells to designate as 'blanks' for samples 2, 3 and 4.
Perhaps someone may have used the kit and could share how this was resolved.
