I am working on a recombinant protein that is having anticancer activity. Bioinformatic analysis, expression and little bit of activity part i have submitted in one journal, and planing to submit rest of the work including anticancer mechanism in another journal. Can i use figure(s), method from first submitted paper in another paper in order to show expression part before showing detail anticancer activity?As first paper is in submission and i can not put reference in place of it.

If you can cite the figure in the first paper, maybe you could use the identical figures.
But remember, it is not the contents of the figure that the first journal may copyright. It is the exact figure.
You could also recreate the figures and not violate copyright. Maybe make the proportions a little different. See if you can change wording here and there.
As long as you are the author of both papers, and the second figure is not a 100% copy of the first, you should be OK.
And if the first paper is approved for publication before the second, you can add that the second figure is "adapted from..." and give the citation from the first.
OR...recreate the second figure, upload it here to ResearcgGate as "data" and have RG add a DOI, so you can quote it.
No, you should not. Most journals would agree. You should be patient to hear about your first paper. If it is accepted, just reference it in your second paper, perhaps briefly summarizing it's results as an introduction to your further work. If the first paper is rejected, then include everything you want in your second paper.

You can reference to a paper that is in preparation/submission. I've seen plenty of such. So I'd go for what Michael suggested and reference to your first paper.
